Fees and Payments...
TMy current rate is $200 per 50 min session for individuals. I am not working with children, adolescents, couples or families at this time. Sliding scale may be an option based on the availability of these slots. Generally sliding scale ($150-175) is available during times that are difficult to fill. There are a limited number of these slots and they may not be available at the time of your initial call but could become available at a later time. I do not have a wait list. I don't offer afternoons, evenings or weekend appointments. I am out of the office Sat-Sun.
I use the Simple Practice platform so all payments are made automatically through the client portal. For Headway you will be billed through that company.
I offer crisis support over the phone at a 30 minute duration and the cost for this service is 1/2 the price of your full session. Crisis support via phone is not to replace our regular weekly meeting time so please take this into consideration when arranging any additional sessions.
I also offer "check-in" sessions if you want to just connected intermittently without the commitment of something regular. Check-ins are at my full rate of $200 and appointment times vary.

Kaiser (Nor Cal only) with Carelon Behavioral Health, Aetna Anthem Blue Cross of California, Anthem EAP BofA, Blue Shield of California, Cigna, Magellan, Oscar, Oxford and United Healthcare. For insurance other than Carelon Behavioral Health you will need to onboard through Headway.
